Day 27: A letter to your readers
Day 28: Only pictures
Day 29: Five songs or pieces of music that speak to you or bring back memories

Day 30: React to this term: Letting Go
The first emotion that comes to mind when I consider the term letting go, is anger. It is important to let go of resentment. Carrying around animosity can be toxic to our spirit. I am working on this myself. The only individual impacted by harboring anger, is the person doing the harboring. It is a misuse of energy. To find pure peace is to create a capacity to let go. Have you ever stopped to consider when we feel anger towards someone, he/she is actually in control of our emotions. When we are completely in control of our own emotions, we decide how we want to feel. Let's do our best to lead with love. Find a loveable person and focus happy energy there.

Join me tomorrow for: A vivid memory
