giving back

Because I have received such Love lately...I have decided to give some Love back in the way of a recipe. That's right folks, the Bang Bang Shrimp I have been bragging about. You all deserve to experience it too. So here it is, in all of it's deliciousness!

1 lb shrimp, shelled and devained. Smaller shrimp work best.
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup thai sweet chili sauce
3-5 drops hot chili sauce
1/2-3/4 cup corn starch, to coat shrimp
Vegetable oil for frying

1. Mix mayo and sauces for coating
2. Bread shrimp in corn starch
3. Pan fry shrimp until lightly browned
4. Drain on paper towel
5. Fold shrimp into mayo sauce
6. Serve in lettuce lined bowl
